These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Tots Spots Awards 2026. By entering or nominating for these Awards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
The Awards are open to businesses, charities, community groups (i.e. providers) operating within Ireland. Employees of Tots Spots and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
To be a qualified finalist, the provider must be listed on TotsSpots.com. Click Here to sign up and Add your Class For Free.
The Nomination period begins at 8:00 PM on 8th May 2026 and ends at 12:01 PM on 18th May 2026. Nominations submitted outside of this window will not be considered.
Providers are entered into the Awards via nomination.
Nominations must be submitted in the specific categories listed on the Tots Spots website. It is the responsibility of the person nominating (or the provider) to ensure the appropriate category is selected at the time of submission.
Finalists are determined by the quantity of nominations received. The five businesses with the highest number of valid nominations in each category will be named Finalists.
Note: The “Community Leader Award” category is a curated award and is not subject to public voting. Tots Spots will be reviewing and selecting the finalists and winner based on information gathered.
The decision of Tots Spots is final and binding. Should a business wish to withdraw from the Finalist stage, they must inform Tots Spots by email at info@totsspots.com.
Public voting for the Top 5 Finalists in each category will open at 7:00 PM on 22nd May 2026 and close at 12:01 PM on 28th May 2026. Votes submitted outside of this period will not be counted.
Winners in each category will receive a digital winner’s badge for use on their website, social media, marketing materials and digital certificate.
By participating in the Awards, you grant Tots Spots and its affiliates a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, and display materials (such as business names/logos) in any media for promotional purposes related to the Awards.
Tots Spots is not responsible for incorrect information caused by website users or technical programming issues. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tots Spots and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Awards.
All information collected is subject to the Tots Spots Privacy Policy.
Tots Spots reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
