Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using signing up to Valuable Classes Business Club for Baby and Kids Providers.

1. Subscription Models

• Plan Types: Valuable Classes Business Club has a yearly fee. Offering both Monthly and Yearly subscription models. The monthly subscription  model has a minium contract of one year.
• Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, all memberships operate on a rolling basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the conclusion of your current billing period unless terminated in accordance with these guidelines.

2. Payments and Billing

• Automatic Charges: By enrolling, you authorise us (or our designated payment processor) to charge your stored payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
• Payment Failure: In the event of a declined transaction, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently remove you from the Business Club until your account balance is settled.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Termination Process: You may end your subscription at any time by emailing valuable.classes@totsspots.com.
• Notice Requirement: To prevent being billed for the subsequent cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled renewal date.
• Refund Policy: All processed payments are final. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused portion of a subscription term.

4. Policy Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Your continued participation in the subscription program following any posted changes signifies your agreement to the updated terms.
