Parent & Toddler Group
This Group meet for a get together once a month in our premises in Castletroy and sometimes have various activities such as Music Therapy. Suitable for under 5's

Baby Massage
Offers numerous advantages such as increased bonding and decreased stress for both baby and parent and reduced crying and emotional distress for the baby. Supportive, positive touch promotes the infant’s engagement with their caregivers and their environment as well as helping to establish the sensory building blocks of cognition, behaviour and communication.

Youth Club
The Youth Club for 12-18 years meet for games / cookery / dance / singing and lots of activities.

Swimming
Down Syndrome Limerick hires the swimming pool at Bawnmore Limerick for one hour (11am to 12 midday) every Saturday for our families. We have a swim coach who is happy to help children/adults with Down syndrome to swim and encourage the whole family to have a fun hour in the pool. Contact Down Syndrome Limerick to sign up.
