Yoga classes where children are welcome…
Ardee Rugby Club, Co. Louth (every Thursday 9.30am-10.30am)
Blackrock Community Centre (Dance studio - upstairs), Co Louth (every Monday 10.15am-11.15am)
The classes are designed for adults, but babies & children are welcome to attend. I have a box of toys for babies & younger children but older children are welcome to join in! Parents, childminders & grandparents welcome! Beginners welcome too!
Drop in anytime - no need to book. It’s a donation based class. So donate what you can afford. During summer we do it outside! Looking at our physical & mental health is so important. Come & fill up your cup while kids play! Thank you Jenny 085 822 3004
