Kids yoga classes suitable for 5-10 yrs old.
YogaBears method uses 7 colourful bears that correspond with each chakra which aids in our chakra connection.
I teach yoga through play and story yoga flows, incorporating meditation and holistic sound instruments.
Classes are based in Belmayne Dublin 13 on Saturday morning, 11:30am & 12:30pm. Classes are 60 min each.
All equipment is provided for each class. Children who attend should be able to sit or stay independently on a mat so yoga poses can be followed safely.
Little Lotus also offers baby massage classes, Reiki for children and seasonal holiday camps for primary school aged children.
