Description
Rugbytots Sligo is a fun, energetic play programme for children aged 2 to 7, designed to develop confidence, coordination and fundamental movement skills through rugby-themed games and activities.
Sessions are fast-moving and varied, with plenty of running, catching, kicking, balancing and imaginative play to keep children active and engaged. Activities are adapted to suit each age group, with lots of encouragement and opportunities for every child to join in and have a go.
No previous rugby experience is needed. For our youngest Rugbytots, parents join in too, helping children become comfortable and confident while having fun together.
Rugbytots is about much more than learning rugby skills. Children practise listening, taking turns, following instructions, working with others and building confidence, all while burning off plenty of energy!
