Baby Massage Classes with PICU/NICU ICU nurse - 2 locations - Navan and Wilkinstown.
Come, meet other parents and bond with your baby in a relaxed and calm environment.
Every class is followed by tea/coffee/sweet treat so there is time to chat and get to know other parents.
All babies welcome 0-12 months. Babies with additional needs/complex needs or life limiting conditions are welcomed and encouraged to come. Plenty of space for medical equipment, portable ventilators, suction machines, feeding pumps. Massage can be adapted for all needs eg stoma bags, feeding tubes etc.
I am a PICU/NICU nurse so I am very experienced when it comes to caring for babies with additional needs and their families. 1:1 classes available also.
Currently Monday mornings at Wilkinstown Community Centre 10am and in Navan at the Red River Yoga Studio on Wednesdays at 10am. (Check Socials incase time/location changes)
