Join me for a special preschool yoga adventure filled with love, friendship and fairy magic. Our Valentine's Day themed class is designed for little yogis ages 3-4 to celebrate kindness, sharing and self-love.
Children will enjoy playful poses, heartwarming stories and gentle breathing exercises that promote mindfulness and joy.
Perfect for little hearts full of love and imagination.
This is a drop and go event. Children are to wear comfortable clothing and only have to bring a bottle of water.
Location is: The Mind & Body House, Abbeyleix, Co Laois on Saturday 14th February 10am-11am.
